To remove the lanyard from the Rockscan W100, proceed as follows:


  1. Detach the loop on the clip from the lanyard by pressing the two latches on the side inwards and then pulling the loop off.
  2. Use a pointed object, such as tweezers or a needle.
  3. Pass the item through the loop that secures the lanyard to the Rockscan W100.
  4. Extend the loop so that you can move it over the clip.
  5. Move the loop over the clip to open it.
  6. Pull the loop out of the mounting opening.
